I support people—especially those experiencing anxiety, burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves—through somatic (body-based) coaching and movement.

Somatic anxiety coaching is a body-based approach that helps you manage anxiety by tuning into physical sensations, breath, and nervous system patterns. Instead of just talking about stress, we work with the body to release tension, build resilience, and create a deeper sense of calm from the inside out.
